1. Sort out the clutter before going to bed at night.
2. Wake up before sunrise so that you can view two different prospects of nature - the one before the sunrise and the other after the sunrise.
3. Look outside your window and perceive everything outside - the air, the light, the buildings, the sky, the road, the plants, the trees, the animals and the birds.4. Drink a lot of water.
5. Have a gentle morning walk or do yoga and stretching.
6. Sip a cup of tea or coffee.
7. Mentally go through your to-do list for the day and think of doing those things happily.
