GMAT Tips: Time Management is essential for GMAT

The best way to manage time while taking GMAT is to practice taking the test several times before. After you sit for a few sessions, you can have an idea of how much time you should spend on each question. Here are a few tips that really work:

This article has helped me a lot as it provides examples also. Another way to quickly find the answer of any question is to eliminate options. By eliminating options wisely, you can sometimes get the answer even without actually solving the problem.

Social networking and the rewards; A new revolution in your arena

If the question is how powerful social networking is, anyone would say it has tremendous power.
And where there are social networking sites like Mypage5 who reward you for being an active part of your social circle, the benefits become two-fold.

Yes, some social sites like Mypage5.com give you cash reward for all your activities. Besides offering fun and other advantages, a characteristic which all social sites have in common, Mypage5 differentiates itself by offering appreciable cash bonus to its active members. All you need is to participate genuinely and interact regularly. You accumulate bonus when you first register with the site and each time when you interact with another member, or upload video or contribute something to Mypage5 blogs or comment on others' views. See details....

I joined Mypage5 in October 2008 and already got $85 as my first payment for the months of October and November. In the first month, I made less than $50 which is the minimum amount one must reach to make mypage5 deliver the money. But as I say, no worries at Mypage5. I got that along with the following month's pay.

Wish our world becomes debt-free

Well this might knock over all those credit bureaus and agencies because of the loss they'll be having if my wish comes true.

Financial problems obstruct in the way of happiness. We all know how much one suffers when finances are tight.....so many worries...

I earn very low....but still happy....low income is still bearable than being in debt....And I thank God that I am not in debt. My daily routine is like getting up early, exercising, relaxing for half an hour, then getting a shower, dressing up, having breakfast and leaving for work. Taking out at least one hour in the morning for exercising is a must for my health. And in the evening also I have a packed schedule of all those to-do-tasks. I wonder if I had been in debt, how could I have managed to do these daily tasks. I am very happy this way and thank God for all I have. I also wish everyone a debt-free life.

Why I pen down my thoughts in the diary

I write diary and consider it as a reference for the future. I do not write daily. I write about once in two months. And when I look back at the entries, I feel so good. For me my past has always been more impressive than my present. I read those entries and think what wonderful moments I had, what wonderful life I had, even though the present is as happy as the past. And when I will read today's entries in the future, once again I might feel the same.
I was reading this article: Six reasons to keep a diary: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/2289919.stm
The article says that your diary can be a loyal friend and can also be a nice gift for your grandchildren. I can't consider my diary to be a loyal friend because I always fear that someone would read it. But yes, I do feel lighter after I write down a part of what is in my mind. And if I grow old before dying, I would look back at my diary and assess it. If it is worth leaving for my grandchildren and great grandchildren, I would definitely do that. But for the time being, its just for me.

Met a long-lost friend

Social networking sites are a boon for all who want to get in touch with their long-lost friends. Recently I met an old friend who has been my best friend during the school days.

We both were very mischievous and used to bother our teachers and classmates a lot. During lunchtime, we used to do many pranks. We did not even spare our juniors.

Really those were the best days of life which we have spent together.

How to enjoy your mornings

Mornings become great when you feel and live every moment. A good morning is followed by a happy and enjoyable day. Happiness derived from small things is much more than that received from big events in life. Here is a list of things you must do for a beautiful morning:

1. Sort out the clutter before going to bed at night.

2. Wake up before sunrise so that you can view two different prospects of nature - the one before the sunrise and the other after the sunrise.

3. Look outside your window and perceive everything outside - the air, the light, the buildings, the sky, the road, the plants, the trees, the animals and the birds.

4. Drink a lot of water.

5. Have a gentle morning walk or do yoga and stretching.

6. Sip a cup of tea or coffee.

7. Mentally go through your to-do list for the day and think of doing those things happily.
